In-Progress: Concrete Tilt-Up Two-Storey Home
Wilson Built SA is currently delivering an exciting new two-storey residence overlooking Victor Harbor and Encounter Bay. Industrial in inspiration and bold in execution, this home is defined by its use of pre-cast concrete tilt-up panels, a construction method that highlights both strength and architectural impact.
The tilt-up panels are manufactured off-site and lifted into position using large cranes and specialist heavy machinery, demonstrating Wilson Built SA’s capability to manage complex building processes safely and efficiently. This method not only creates a striking structural form but also reinforces the team’s experience working across a wide range of materials, construction systems and equipment. From detailed planning through to precision construction, every stage of the process is carefully coordinated to achieve a seamless result.
Downstairs, the home features over 100sqm of spacious open-plan living, designed to create a generous central hub for everyday life and entertaining. The upper level is dedicated to sleeping quarters, with the master suite positioned to take full advantage of the sweeping views across Victor Harbor, Encounter Bay and the surrounding hills, ensuring the outlook becomes a defining feature of the home.
As with every Wilson Built SA project, this build reflects a commitment to quality craftsmanship, innovative construction techniques and tailored outcomes, delivering unique living spaces that are truly one-of-a-kind.
This project is currently under construction, with further details and imagery to be updated as works progress.
